Porsche has added two more variants to the second-gen Macan—which debuted earlier this year as a BEV. The buyers now have four main variants to choose from, with prices in Germany starting at €80,700 (including VAT).

Variant
German base prices (including VAT)

Macan
€80,700

Macan 4
€84,100

Macan 4S
€90,700

Macan Turbo
€114,600

The base Macan Electric is a rear-wheel-drive model. Meaning, it has only one electric motor on the rear axle, offering 250 kW (340 metric hp) and 563 Nm (415 lb-ft) during relaxed driving conditions. For those who want a short burst of adrenaline, the Launch Control function can deliver a boost of up to 265 kW (360 metric hp). The official 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time is 5.7 seconds, while the top speed is 220 km/h (137 mph). The battery pack capacity remains 100 kWh (96 kWh usable), estimated to offer a combined WLTP range of up to 644 km (400 mi).
The base Macan rolls off the assembly line with 20-inch wheels, while there are options for up to 22-inch wheels. And of course, there are exterior and interior packages to further customize your ride.

The next new addition is the Macan 4S, slotting between the Macan 4 and Macan Turbo. This has two electric motors, one at the front and another at the rear, offering 330 kW (449 metric hp) and 820 Nm (605 lb-ft). The Launch Control function gets you up to 380 kW (517 metric hp). The official 0-100 km/h (62 mph) sprint time is 4.1 seconds and the top speed is 240 km/h (149 mph). The aforementioned 100 kWh battery pack is estimated to offer a combined WLTP range of up to 609 km (378 mi).
Standard features for the Macan 4S include the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) electronic damping control. The adaptive air suspension with level control and height adjustment (€1,499) and rear-axle steering (€1,856) are optional extras; the former includes PASM.

Porsche is also selling a new off-road design package for all Macan models, which is claimed to offer a further improved everyday usability of the SUV. The package includes a redesigned front bumper with an increased approach angle of up to 17.4 degrees, depending on the model. If opted for the adaptive air suspension, the package increases the ground clearance by 10 mm to 195 mm.

The base Macan EV comes with a 12.6-inch digital cluster and a 10.9-inch central touchscreen. The 10.9-inch front passenger display is a €1,428 option, as is the case with other Macan models.
