We have covered multiple Mahindra Scorpio N conversions from base to top but today, we will show you a Mahindra Scorpio N Z4 which has been tastefully modified to feature a luxury leather interior and multiple functional upgrades. The work on this SUV is done and showcased on YouTube by Vig Auto Accessories. Now, let’s understand about the project in depth.
The host starts the video with the interior of the car. He mentions that the interior requires double the hard work than needed for the exterior. Furthermore, everything in the cabin has to be done with extreme perfection.
The lower trims of the Scorpio N do not get a leather interior which gives the cabin a premium vibes. The host has tried to recreate the exact same thing with this car but with a different color. The color combination chosen for this Scorpio N is Golden Tan with black.
The door pads, horn pad, leg rests and the dashboard has been leather wrapped in Golden Tan soft touch leather. Additionally, the 7D mats and the seat covers also follow the same theme. The host specially highlights the seat covers which are made by them in-house.
He mentions that these seat covers are of the best quality leather and offer a perfect fit. Other aesthetic upgrades in the cabin include ambient lighting on all four doors and the dashboard and gloss black interior styling kit. Another significant upgrade in the cabin is the muscular D cut steering wheel. This steering wheel both the visual appeal and handling by providing a better grip. Functional upgrades in the cabin include Sony ES series speakers, damping and an amplifier.
Now, let’s talk about the exterior upgrades. Starting from the front, the headlights ave been replaced with the top model lights which feature dual LED projectors and dynamic turn signals. Fog lamps and DRLs are not offered in this trim which is now added.
The grille has also been replaced to a grille with chrome elements. Additionally, the rough black part has been redone to glossy black. The host mentions that all the parts used by them are Mahindra genuine. Front, sides and rear silver skid plate is also added.
In the side profile, the SUV is now loaded with Mahindra genuine 18-inch alloys which are offered in the top spec Scorpio N. Multiple chrome elements have been added in the side profile which includes waist line chrome, C pillar chrome and door visors with chrome elements. Roof rails are also not offered in this trim which has been installed. The host adds that they install Mahindra genuine roof rails which are screwed on the roof instead of being a stick on.
The host does not talk about the modifications in the rear profile. Hence, we can assume that it has been kept stock. Overall, we can say that this car is a perfect example of a lower trim car being modified to look premium.
