Vicky Kaushal’s new look in the upcoming movie Chhaava has won over fans. The trailer was recently released by the makers, and it has received appreciation from many celebrities. Additionally, Rajkummar Rao praised him on his social media handle. He wished him luck with the movie.
Rajkummar Rao shared the trailer on his Instagram stories and stated, “This is going to be huge. Awesome work bhai @vickykaushal09 @maddockfilms.” Vicky Kaushal introduces himself as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj at the beginning of the trailer. He is shown engaging in a valiant fight. Everyone was impressed by the actor’s look as well as his acting in the short video. Vicky shared the movie’s first poster on social media ahead of the teaser’s release. As he engages in a fight with hundreds of soldiers, the poster portrays an exciting scenario. The release date is set for December 6.
Laxman Utekar, who has directed movies such as Mimi (2021) and Luka Chuppi (2019), is the director of Chhaava, which is the second film in which Utekar and Vicky Kaushal have worked together after their success with the comedy-romance Zara Hatke Zara Bachke (2023).
A historical drama titled Chhaava revolves around the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, who was the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Vicky Kaushal will play the eldest son of the founder of the Maratha empire, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, in the movie. In contrast, Rashmika Mandanna plays Yesubai Bhonsale in the movie.
