Maruti Suzuki Launches Swift S-CNG Starting at Rs. 8.19 Lakh
Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has expanded its popular Swift lineup with the launch of the New Swift S-CNG, making it the most fuel-efficient hatchback in its class. The new Swift S-CNG boasts a fuel efficiency of 32.85 km/kg.
Swift S-CNG Variants and Performance
The Swift S-CNG will be available in three variants—VXi, VXi (O), and ZXi—up from two in the previous generation. Each variant is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission.
The new Swift S-CNG maintains the distinct sporty character of the Swift series. Powered by the Z-series Dual VVT engine, the Swift S-CNG produces peak power of 69.7 PS and a maximum torque of 101.8 Nm @ 2900 rpm in CNG mode, making it ideal for city driving while maintaining low CO2 emissions.
