These flops have led to a huge Rs 1000 crore loss. For example, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan alone resulted in a Rs 250 crore loss, and Samrat Prithviraj lost Rs 150 crores. Made on a budget of Rs 80 crores, Sarfira has only managed to collect Rs 21.45 crores so far.
This isn’t the first time Akshay has faced challenges. Back in the 1990s, he had 16 consecutive flops and even moved to Canada, thinking his career was over. However, two of his unreleased films became unexpected hits, bringing him back to Bollywood with a bang.
