All-New Maruti Dzire Launching Right After Diwali

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire facelift is finally ready to hit showrooms in the coming weeks. While the carmaker hasn’t revealed its official launch date yet, a media report suggests that the new model of the compact sedan will go on sale on 4th November 2024, right after Diwali. With the generational change, the model will receive significant cosmetic upgrades, feature enhancements, and the brand’s new Z-Series petrol engine.
Previous spy images reveal that the 2024 Maruti Dzire will get a new front grille, updated headlamp clusters with horizontally integrated DRLs, and a tweaked bumper. It appears to retain the same side profile design elements, except for a new set of alloy wheels. These design changes will distinguish it significantly from the Swift hatchback.
For the first time, the Dzire compact sedan will feature a single-pane electric sunroof, likely reserved for the higher trims, making it the first vehicle in its category to offer a sunroof. Additional features will include a 360-degree camera, wireless phone charging, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an ARKAMYS sound system, a HUD (head-up display), an analog instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch digital MID, rear AC vents, new HVAC controls, and automatic climate control. As mentioned earlier, the 2024 Maruti Dzire will derive its power from Suzuki’s new 1.2L, three-cylinder Z12E petrol engine, available with both manual and AMT gearboxes. On the Swift, this gasoline motor produces 82bhp and 112Nm of torque.
