Age Criteria The general upper age limit is 30 years, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.SC/ST candidates get a 5-year relaxation, and OBC candidates receive a 3-year relaxation.Work ExperienceA certain level of practical experience, typically 2-5 years, in welding jobs such as gas welding, arc welding, TIG, or MIG may be required.Experience in heavy industry, construction, or power plant projects will be preferred.Stipend During Training Stipend – 15000/- P. M. during the period under IBR Training. (for upto 3 months).Selection ProcessApplication Registration Shortlisting based on (previous qualification, number of vacancies and Skill test) for Skill test.Merit List The Merit will be based on the marks received in ITI & NAC (Weightage of 50% to ITI Marks, 25% to NAC Marks) & marks for Qualifying Experience (25% Weightage).
