Bajaj Auto Ltd is accelerating the expansion of its Freedom 125, the world’s first CNG-integrated motorcycle. In a strategic move to meet the overwhelming demand, the company will make the Freedom 125 available in 77 towns across India by Independence Day. This rapid expansion comes just weeks after the motorcycle’s successful launch.
Priced competitively at ₹95,000 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Freedom 125 is offered in three variants. Since its debut on July 5th, it has garnered over 30,000 inquiries, underscoring a strong market appetite for a cost-effective and environmentally friendly commuting solution.
A Perfect Blend of Performance and Economy
The Freedom 125 is engineered to deliver significant cost savings, with up to 50% lower operating expenses compared to traditional petrol motorcycles. Its dual-fuel capability, combining a 2-liter petrol tank with an integrated CNG tank, provides a remarkable range of 330 kilometers.
Beyond fuel efficiency, the motorcycle boasts a range of advanced features including mono-linked suspension, LED headlamps, a digital speedometer, and Bluetooth connectivity. Safety is paramount, with a rigorously tested CNG tank integrated into the trellis frame.
