C50Pro by BluArmor: Enhancing Helmet Communication with Sleek Design and New Tech
BluArmor has announced the launch of its latest helmet communication device, the C50Pro. Designed to meet the evolving needs of motorcyclists, the C50Pro offers a combination of updated technology and user-friendly features, building on the foundation of the earlier C30 model.
Enhanced Design and Functionality
The C50Pro introduces a more streamlined and compact design, developed with input from users and BluArmor’s team of designers and engineers. The device features a battery life of up to 16 hours and includes the new MagDock™ system, which allows for simple, cable-free mounting on the back of the helmet. The design is intended to maintain aerodynamics while providing weatherproof durability with its IP67 rating.
Communication Technology Upgrades
BluArmor has equipped the C50Pro with several new communication technologies. The RIDEGRID™ 2.0 mesh intercom system aims to deliver clear voice communication through wide-band speech. This system also includes ALT™ (Active Link Tracking) technology to continuously monitor and adjust link strength for reliable connections.
The eRIDEGRID™ system integrates with RIDEGRID™ 2.0 to automatically switch between communication methods based on signal quality, addressing concerns about range limitations. Additionally, the C50Pro introduces music sharing over the mesh network, a first in helmet communication systems.
Audio and Connectivity Improvements
The C50Pro incorporates BluArmor’s Tuned by Blu™ Signature Hardware, designed to enhance HD sound quality. A two-level noise-suppression engine is included to improve audio clarity in various environments.
The device’s PORTWEAVE™ technology supports connectivity with multiple devices, such as phones, action cameras, GPS units, and other intercom systems, allowing for flexible usage based on rider preferences.
Safety Features
The C50Pro also includes RIDEAURA™, an LED visibility system designed to increase rider safety. This system uses an IMU-based deceleration detection engine to activate a brake-light pattern on the device when the rider slows down. An additional hazard-lighting pattern can be enabled to make the rider more visible to other vehicles.
Launch Offers
BluArmor is offering promotional pricing for the C50Pro as part of its launch. Customers can purchase two C50Pros for Rs 11,000 each when trading in one C30, or they can take advantage of a launch price of Rs 21,999, reduced from the MRP of Rs 24,999. These offers are available until September 1st, 2024.
