Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan film collects Rs.304 crore
Devara: Part 1, starring Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and Jr. NTR, directed by Koratala Siva, made its much-anticipated debut in theaters last Friday. The movie, which has sparked a variety of opinions, has already made ₹304 crore worldwide.
Devara: Part 1’s official X (formerly Twitter) account announced that the movie’s first-weekend gross was ₹304 crore worldwide. They penned, “A hurricane named #Devara…has wiped out every nook and corner with his ‘X’ style of destruction. #BlockbusterDevara.” A new poster featuring the title character, Jr. NTR, holding a machete was also unveiled.
Shruti Marathe, Prakash Raj, Ajay, Srikanth, Shine, and others appear in Devara: Part 1. In essential parts are Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, and Murali Sharma. The movie centers on the titular character Devara, portrayed by Jr NTR, who, after engaging in illegal activities for years, restricts the men of Yerra Samudram from doing so. It also demonstrates how his son Vara steps up to continue the family tradition.
