Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 36, born between 02.01.1988 and 01.01.2006. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Communities are eligible for age relaxation as per government rules.
Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university OR
Associate Membership of the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA), Bombay, and
A valid Certificate of Registration from the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, set up under the Architects Act of 1972.
Application Process:
Candidates must submit their applications online through the official Kerala PSC website. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
One-Time Registration: Candidates who have not registered before must first complete a One-Time Registration on the Kerala PSC portal www.keralapsc.gov.in.
Profile Login: Those already registered can log in using their credentials (User ID and password) and proceed to apply for the post by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button in their profile.
Photograph: Applicants must upload a recent photograph (taken within six months) that will be valid for ten years.
No Application Fee: No fee is required for this application.
Application Submission: Once submitted, the application is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Candidates should keep a printout of the application for future reference.
Selection Process:
If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of the selection process, candidates will need to confirm their participation through their One-Time Registration profile. Admission tickets will be available for download 15 days before the test date
Special Instructions:
Caste Certificate Discrepancy: If there’s any difference in the caste/community claimed in the application and the one in the SSLC book, the candidate must provide a Gazette Notification along with a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate during verification.
Disciplinary Action: Applicants submitting false claims regarding qualifications or experience will be disqualified, and appropriate legal actions may be initiated.
