KTM 250 Duke Upgraded with New Features: Details

KTM has announced significant upgrades to its popular KTM 250 Duke, the top-selling 250cc motorcycle in India. These updates, available starting today, include a new LED headlamp, a 5-inch color TFT display, and the introduction of ride modes, enhancing the overall rider experience.

Key Upgrades on the KTM 250 Duke

All-New LED Headlamp The KTM 250 Duke now features a powerful LED headlamp with integrated pilot lamps. This lighting setup improves visibility in low-light and misty conditions, making night rides safer. It also adds a more aggressive look to the motorcycle, aligning its design closer to KTM’s larger models.

5-Inch Color TFT Display Derived from the KTM 390 Duke, the 5-inch color TFT display offers a clear and intuitive interface for riders. The display shows essential vehicle information and includes smartphone connectivity via the KTM My-Ride app. Through Bluetooth, riders can access navigation, play music, and manage incoming calls directly from the screen.

Ride Modes: Street & Track The upgraded KTM 250 Duke introduces two riding modes: Street and Track. These modes can be selected via the TFT display, allowing the rider to adjust the bike’s performance based on riding conditions. In Track mode, the display layout becomes race-focused, featuring a lap timer and a larger rev counter, catering to performance-oriented riders.

Bi-Directional Quickshifter+ Another significant addition is the bi-directional Quickshifter+, enabling clutchless upshifts and downshifts. This technology enhances the overall riding experience by making gear changes smoother and quicker, improving traction and control.

Supermoto ABS Mode The new Supermoto ABS mode allows riders to switch off rear-wheel ABS, useful for more advanced maneuvers like controlled slides, often seen in Supermoto-style riding.

Bluetooth Connectivity and Headset Pairing With Bluetooth connectivity, riders can pair their smartphones to the bike and control music or manage incoming calls. Pairing with a Bluetooth helmet headset provides additional functionality, including volume control and track switching via the handlebar-mounted switch.

Customizable TFT Display The new TFT display is customizable, allowing riders to set shift RPM and select between dark and orange-themed displays. This feature adds a personal touch to the overall riding experience.

Pricing and Availability

The upgraded KTM 250 Duke is priced at ₹2,45,115 (Ex-showroom, Delhi). These new features bring a fresh level of technology and functionality to India’s best-selling 250cc bike, catering to riders who seek a mix of performance and innovation in their daily commute or weekend adventures.
