The Hyundai Alcazar facelift will go on sale on September 9 and it will get an assortment of revisions inside and out
The facelifted Alcazar features a 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster housed within a curved display. It also gets a new dual-zone automatic climate control system with a touch-type AC control panel alongside a Digital Key.
The new Digital Key with NFC technology can be used to lock, unlock and drive the SUV with ease and it can be shared with up to 3 different users or up to 7 linked devices at a time according to the brand. The heavily updated Hyundai Alcazar is also packed with segment-first features such as 10 ambient sounds of nature, a magnetic pad on the driver’s console and a second-row wireless charger.
It also gets multiple language Ul support with 10 regional and 2 international languages along with more than 270 embedded VR commands that work even without the internet. The connectivity tech has also been enhanced with over 70 BlueLink in-car connected features. The midsize SUV will continue to be offered in six- and seven-seater configurations and it adorns a dual-tone black and brown theme.

It is worth noting that the new Alcazar becomes the first HMIL model to gain a Digital Key with NFC technology. With a simple touch of the smartphone or smartwatch against the door handle, drivers can lock and unlock the SUV easily. The 10 ambient sounds of nature presented are Lively forest, On a sailing Ship, City at dawn, Outer space Communication, Rainy Day, Moment of meditation, Harbingers of spring, A summer night’s rest, Autumn sentiments and Warmth in winter.
The equipment list also comprises rain-sensing wipers, an eight-speaker Bose sound system, a voice-enabled dual-pane sunroof and the aforementioned second row wireless charger and magnetic pad. As for the performance, the 1.5L turbocharged petrol and the 1.5L four-cylinder diesel engines will be retained, paired with manual and automatic transmission options.

The three-row SUV will go on sale on September 9, 2024 and it will boast a design inspired by the latest Creta. It will continue to compete with Tata Safari, MG Hector Plus, Mahindra XUV 700, Citroen C3 Aircross seven-seater and others.
