Teachers Should Earn More Than IAS Officers, Says Manish Sisodia

He said that there is lot of talk of India 2047 while addressing the teachers he said the students who are with you right now will play important role in 2047.
He said the teacher salary in developed country is more than the bureaucrats. A teacher with 5 years of experience earns more than the bureaucrats there. He named few countries such as Germany, Switzerland and few other countries.
There is no harsh word to be mentioned here, often we all talk of teacher is the beacon. He could do turn around in students life. But as the system is followed in India starting from appointing the candidates for government school is complex. One application for the post of teacher draws many 100 applications. Even if the teacher is appointed in government school, we have seen the pace of these teachers in the school.

On the contrary in private school the trust or owner becomes wealthy in few years but the teachers’ salary is not up to the mark. They are underpaid but cannot reveal anything. They are burdened and above all no job security.
Does any government whether in the past or present not know about this. What we are doing. We have seen incidents in the past how the political leaders interfere with the systems and even sell seats.
