Neha’s professional achievements are underscored by her proactive involvement in community service. With an undergraduate foundation from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Arya’s path is defined by a commitment to making a difference and driving positive change.
Arya initially worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Saint Gobain in Mumbai. There, she collaborated with global teams to resolve electronic data interchange issues for major automobile clients and managed multiple projects efficiently. 
In 2021, Arya made a significant career transition to social impact consulting with Sattva Consulting. This move reflected her deep-seated passion for contributing to societal betterment. At Sattva, Arya excelled as an Associate Consultant, co-authoring influential thought leadership reports on topics such as innovative finance in healthcare and women’s cancer screening. 
Arya’s dedication extends beyond her professional life into her community involvement. She has actively volunteered with various organizations, including the India Now Foundation and the Junior Red Cross, demonstrating her commitment to social causes. Her role as a volunteer at Humanity Welfare Council’s Project Global Cure and her completion of courses on Google Analytics and Data Visualization underscore her continuous pursuit of learning and growth.

She initially enrolled in the MBA program at IIM-Mumbai right after graduation but made the strategic decision to join Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) instead. She recognized that gaining work experience in a reputed company would make her future MBA more valuable. Her tenure at IOCL, where she worked as a Production Manager, gave her invaluable insights into corporate practices and the oil and gas industry.
During her time at IOCL, Priyanka faced numerous challenges and emerged as a trailblazer, breaking gender stereotypes in a male-dominated field. She became the first female field-in-charge at the plant, demonstrating her willingness to take on new roles and her commitment to understanding ground-level activities. Her dedication to making a difference extended beyond her professional responsibilities. As a member of the Women in Public Sector (WIPS) group, she organized campaigns to support underprivileged communities, focusing on issues such as women’s hygiene, safety, and education in Haryana, a state with a challenging socio-economic landscape.
Priyanka’s journey was not without its challenges. Growing up in Jharkhand, she faced societal prejudices and overcame the stigma associated with her background. 
Another challenge Priyanka faced was balancing her professional responsibilities with her aspirations for further education. Her decision to leave IIM-Mumbai and gain work experience was a strategic move, but it required her to navigate a demanding work environment while preparing for the GMAT and pursuing her MBA aspirations. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to prioritize her goals enabled her to achieve a GMAT score of 720, a testament to her dedication and perseverance.
