When Mahima Chaudhary Opened Up On Leander Paes Cheating On Her, “He Wasn’t Fair To Me”

The Indian actress Mahima Chaudhary started modeling in the 1990s and became famous after doing some TV commercials but she got her biggest breakthrough when famous director Subhash Ghai casted her in the female lead in “Pardes” which released in 1997.

“Pardes” also starred Shah Rukh Khan, Amrish Puri and Alok Nath in important roles and the movie was a hit at the box-office. She won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for her performance in “Pardes” and after that, she worked in many movies including “Daag”, “Dhadkan”, “Kurukshetra”, etc.
Mahima Chaudhary also made headlines for her relationship for former Indian tennis player Leander Paes. They both dated for 3 years and Mahima was seen almost in every match played by Leander Paes but the couple parted ways after Mahima found that Leander was cheating on her.

During an interview, Mahima talked about her affair with Leander, she said that Leander was a good tennis player but he was not fair to her. She added that it wasn’t shocking for her to find out that he was seeing someone else as well. As per Mahima, Leander’s exit didn’t affect her at all, in fact she became more mature after that.
Leander Paes was seeing Rhea Pillai too when he was dating Mahima Chaudhary and the actress feels that what Leander did to her, he did the same with Rhea as well.

Leander and Rhea were in a live-in relationship and they have a daughter Aiyana who was born in 2005. In 2014, Rhea Pillai filed a case of domestic violence against Leander Paes and his father and in February 2022, the court found the tennis player guilty of domestic violence.

Mahima Chaudhary got married to businessman Bobby Mukherji in 2006 but in 2011, they got separated as they had compatibility issues and they both are parents to a daughter Ariana.
