The conclusion of the thirty day period suggests the article for the Shh Cooking Secretly Problem. This month, I advised the theme of “No Sugar Healthier Desserts”. It is one thing that everyone is seeking into these days – minimizing sugar as substantially as they can for wellness causes. Even though sugar is not a villain, just like every little thing, if you overuse it, it gets to be poison. Hehe… In any case, my husband or wife for this month was Kalyani, with whom I have presently labored a couple moments in this problem. She is constantly entertaining to function with. I gave her the ingredients of cardamom and almonds, and with it she designed this awesome hunting banana bread. I enjoy anything at all with banana and contemplating that it has no included sugar, I would have beloved a few of slices of it for my cup of espresso. But for now, I will drool on it… She gave me fig and cardamom and they have been just perfect to make this kheer.

I have been seeking to make a kheer that is loaded with a ton of dry fruits and nuts. This dessert is specifically that. It does not have even a speck of supplemental sugar included due to the fact the dates and the figs did what it has to do. The nuts built it thick sufficient to consume it in when it is hot or scoop it up with a spoon when chilly. The complete kheer will come together incredibly effortlessly without cooking for too very long. I totally loved how it arrived out and I am surely heading to make this again, perhaps with tiny variation here and there. Off to the recipe…
