1 min readjhol Momos !.. The names sounds intriguing ideal? Whats a Jhol momo? Its another sort of a wonton soup but contrary to the thin distinct soup this is a minimal additional rustic and flavorful.
For some amazing momos head to 30 sq. in Koramangala. The momos platter provides a very good glimpse into some of their signature choices. The charcoal cheese (black) is fabulous alongside with the prawns. The corn and spinach momos were as well thick probably owing to its form.
What actually was the showstopper was the chicken jhol (gravy or h2o) momos which was ideal. Momos served in a gravy. Beautiful broth softening the hen momos. Certainly good with the refined tangy flavors, frivolously spiced. A Nepalese speciality
