Jailed separatist Amritpal to contest from Khadoor Sahib. Sikh sangat’s ask for, claims his mom

Chandigarh: Jailed Sikh separatist Amritpal Singh will be contesting from Khadoor Sahib parliamentary seat in Punjab, his mom Balwinder Kaur announced Friday. At a push conference, Kaur reported that her son had taken the conclusion on the asking of the Sikh ‘sangat’ (community). 
“I appeal to the Sikh ‘sangat’ to assist Amritpal as a great deal as they can,” Kaur said, including that even though Amritpal was not keen on contesting elections, he took the conclusion to help his other associates incarcerated in the jail with him.
