Mushroom butter masala/ Mushroom makhani  is a loaded, creamy and delicious gravy ready with mushrooms. Mushroom butter masala is ready by incorporating ground onion, tomato and cashew paste combination to cooked mushrooms. Introducing ripe red tomatoes and Kashmiri chilli powder provides this gravy purely natural orange coloration.

This mushroom makhani preferences a little sweet in taste due to the addition of cashews and pinches of sugar. Cashews and product offers this gravy a rich creamy texture and gives it a cafe touch.
