Osia Italia is far better known for its menswear – boasting 33 merchants throughout India. Established by Mr. Naren Jain in 1999. Their foray into what they consider is an unexplored industry of luxurious soaps, is spearheaded by Mr. Naren Jain’s young children, Ms. Anushree Jain & Mr. Harsh Jain.
To aid their social media marketing campaign of “Oud Week”, they generously made available to send out their items to me. Oud as a fragrance has been close to for generations of training course. Even while quite a few have attempted to bottle it into a everyday fragrance, only a handful have done a magnificent work of it. My favourite, so significantly, getting Oud Ispahan by Christian Dior.
Having said that, I had nevertheless to appear across the fragrance blended into a cleaning soap, which is the principal reason I desired to check out Osia’s assortment.
As it turns out, my favourites, from Osia’s huge range of Oud infusions, ended up the Rose Oud and the Vanilla Oud. Intellect you, fragrances with any trace of Rose in them, make me run absent in the reverse course, which is what I was expecting with Osia’s Rose Oud as nicely. But I was, interestingly, incorrect! The Rose is intensive and deep and rich. I’m not guaranteed if it is the mix with the Oud or anything else, but this rose fragrance is the initial time I quickly introduced it again to my nose for a second sniff.
The Vanilla Oud I believe I like simply because it enhances the Oud and make it extra “oudy”, if you know what I indicate. Most of the other infusions in the Osia soaps are a bit blended – I’m not sure what I’m smelling – also mainly because there’s so quite a few of them!
The Oud Critical Oil which is the key ingredient for Osia’s Oud sequence, is sourced from a distinguished farm in Assam, which is recognized for remaining India’s biggest producer of Oud Crucial Oil. The Agarwood employed to make Oud is exclusively cultivated in Assam. Other elements are sourced from organic farms from all around India and the soap generating procedure takes location in New Delhi.
