In a pan insert ¼ cup of peanuts and dry roast it right until crisp.Once done, just take it out and keep it aside.In a pan include 2 tsp of oil.Add 3-4 pink chilis and 2 kashmiri purple chilisNow increase a tiny piece of tamarindSaute for a moment.Now increase 1 chopped onions.The moment it starts off cooking, add in the chopped tomato.Saute very well and insert saltAdd 3 cloves of garlic (optional)Prepare dinner effectively till the tomato turns mushy.Swap off and amazing.Pulse the roasted peanuts in the mixie.Now add the onion tomato mixture.Add drinking water and blend very well into a smooth texture.Transfer to a bowl and insert regulate the regularity.Mood with mustard seeds and curry leaves.Peanut kara chutney is completely ready.
