7 days of eating places was listed here all over again. Most excellent slots ended up taken, so I took people throughout doing the job hours for lunch split. Right now I went to PEN Klub, chef Mojmir Marko Šiftar. This is place with background, from residence of political figuers in socialist Yugoslavia, to writers modern society and cafe owned by Kaval team.
I walked from business and was late several minutes. I had 3 training course food. We opened with Hors d’oeuvre was someting I did not like so they improved it to humus and handmade bread.

Next was – Calf on pasture: Veal tongue with topinambur cream, pickled topinambur, pumpkin mayonnaise, spruce oil powder and wild herbs
Beef tounge – PEN
Then they served Traveling polenta – Fried hen thigh stuffed with goose liver, parsnip cream, balsamic vinegar gel, fennel oil, dim rooster sauce with beer
Hen – PEN
I finished with Beef soup: Mousse of white chocolate and kohlrabi, carrot gel, sponge cake, celery chips, burnt onion, candied beef, caramel beef soup

Beside I was served bread and glowing drinking water. All programs on menu are standard foodstuff introduced in new way. I compensated 35.5 € (menu 30 €, drinking water 5.5 €). Awesome lunch crack, not for each individual day.
