Phyllo Custard Tart | Phyllo Crinkle Cake

Prep Time 15 minutes minutes

Ingredients500 gm phyllo pastry240 gm butter melted1 cup milk2 eggs1 cup sugar modify as per sweetness1 tbsp vanilla extractFOR SYRUP1 cup sugar1 cup waterJuice of a single lime1 tsp rose h2o optional
InstructionsGrease a 9×13 inch pan generously with butter. Preheat oven to 200 levels. Take two sheets of the phyllo pastry sheet and crinkle it.
