Dragon soup – a lovely thick tangy broth with rooster and vegetables. I normally increase my have set of condiments to the soup everytime. This was just perfect as it came.
Spicy pork black bean – an exquisite preparation that did total justice to the meat and introduced out the ideal flavors. The meat was soften in the mouth and so was the extra fat and skin. Completely amazing.
Prawn black pepper – they killed the prawns with the spices and overcooked the meat far too. Avoidable.
Qinchai hen – one particular of the several non spicy types with great flavor of sake and crisp stir fried greens alongside with the hen.
Hen bamboo rice – though traditionally made in bamboo, this was manufactured the frequent way but had bamboo shoots, veggies and designed with sake in it so the flavors ended up outstanding.
Hen Ma La Zi – lovely gravy that paired properly with the rice.
Rooster hakka noodles for the kid – nicely made and flavored. Likely the only point alongside with the chicken starter we requested for the kid that was not spicy.
